DISTINCTION BETWEEN CASHMERE AND PASHMINA: 
While both Cashmere and Pashmina have the same fine wool sourced from the Changra Goat found in the Ladakh Region of Kashmir, 'Pashmina' emphasizes its Kashmiri origin. The Cashmere Wool is exceptionally fine, too delicate for machine spinning and each fiber is thinner than human hair. 

Pashmina is the name given to the art of creatively processing exclusive shawls, scarves, and wraps from the finest Cashmere fiber. So, every genuine 'Kashmiri Pashmina' is 'Cashmere', but not all 'Cashmere' is genuine ' Kashmiri Pashmina'.
