ruby-copper-bowl-bottle-set
RUBY Copper Bowl & Bottle Set

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE

Copper is a living metal, and it changes. Your bowl and bottle will develop a patina — the color will deepen, and darker spots or marks may appear on the copper surfaces. That is tarnish, it is completely normal, and it is what real, uncoated copper is supposed to do. It is not a defect, and there is nothing wrong with your set.

Why it can happen quickly: our copper is 99.9% pure with no lacquer or coating on the inside, so the surface reacts with air and water straight away. Water minerals, humidity, and even natural oils from handling can bring the patina on faster — sometimes within the first days of use. Every piece ages at its own pace, and no two will ever look exactly alike. That is part of the beauty of a handcrafted piece.

It is safe: patina is a surface change only. It does not affect the quality of the water or the set's performance, and both pieces remain perfectly safe for your pet to drink from.

A quick clean brings back the shine: if you prefer the bright finish, a gentle clean is all it takes — wash with warm water and a soft cloth, and for a deeper shine use our Perfect Polish or a little lemon/vinegar with salt, then rinse and dry well.

Because patina is a natural characteristic of pure copper — not a fault — we do not offer refunds or returns on sets for tarnish or patina development.

Meet the RUBY Bowl & Bottle Set

Our RUBY water bowl, paired with its matching RUBY copper bottle — both handcrafted from 99.9% pure copper. Both pieces carry RUBY's deep red honeycomb texture, and the bottle is finished with a brushed copper neck and cap. Fill the bottle, let the water rest in copper, and top up the bowl through the day; take the bottle along for walks and travel so your pet's water is always the water they know. One design, at home and on the go.

What's Included

- RUBY Copper Water Bowl in your chosen size (Medium 32 fl oz or Large 64 fl oz)
- RUBY Copper Water Bottle — 34 fl oz, screw cap

Product Specifications

Bowl — Medium: 32 fl oz, diameter 6.25 inches · Large: 64 fl oz, diameter 8.25 inches · 99.9% pure copper, uncoated interior
Bottle — 34 fl oz · 99.9% pure copper · screw cap · Embers Elements logo on the base

Why Pure Copper

Copper helps keep bacteria from growing quickly between washings, with normal cleaning. Females are also more prone to developing this condition than males. Although cats can develop Copper Storage Disease, such cases are exceedingly rare.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY: For health and safety reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0628/7215/8347/files/ruby-bowl-bottle-set-hero_33f93241-2ffe-4cb4-946c-36ffc2c6300d.jpg?v=1794000088
